To ensure consistency across the business, I created comprehensive brand guidelines that covered logo usage, colour palettes, typography, iconography, and illustrative styles. These tools helped align Daisy’s visual output across digital, print, and social platforms.
Email Campaign Imagery
A selection of email campaign visuals designed to promote key offers and initiatives while maintaining brand consistency and visual interest.
Customer Communications
I designed a wide range of customer-facing materials, including printed guides, direct mail campaigns, and promotional collateral that educated and informed clients on evolving technologies like the 2025 ISDN Switch-off.
Motion Graphics
I regularly created short animations and explainer videos that brought technical subjects to life in a clear, accessible, and visually engaging way.
Internal Comms
I also supported internal engagement by designing newsletters, HR materials, and printed collateral that helped unify employees under the evolving brand identity.
Reflection
This project was a defining moment in my career, marking my transition from a graphic designer to a creative leader with real influence over brand direction. Leading the Daisy Communications rebrand allowed me to shape a visual identity that not only elevated the company’s presence, but also provided a foundation for continued growth.
I truly treasured my time at Daisy and the years I spent developing and nurturing the brand. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see the guidelines and brand system I created continue to evolve with the business long after my departure - a testament to the enduring value of thoughtful design.
